Project Manager
Mike is our Project Manager and manages the maintenance, refurbishment and development of our property portfolio. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience across all property matters, having qualified as a Chartered Architectural Technician and having been responsible for a large varied property portfolio within the residential care and commercial sectors.
Mike has a National remit and he can be contacted via the Barford office or direct by mobile or email.
Sue English
Deputy Director
Sue is our Deputy Director and our longest serving member of staff. She joined us in 2001 as an administrator and to help field telephone calls. She is now responsible for office and financial related matters.
With a career history in banking and then 20 years farming on a mixed tenanted farm in Warwickshire, Sue fully understands the challenges facing tenant farmers and farming in general.
Emily Egan
Operations & Marketing Coordinator
Emily joined the team in 2022 as operations and marketing coordinator. She has worked in agriculture for the last 12 years in marketing, events and membership.
Emily is currently working on our events calendar, including the Farm Business Awards, marketing, Addington newsletter, social media and PR.
She also works on grant applications alongside Sue and Carrie.
