We will be welcoming Alice Lampard, mediator, to the stand to deliver a short session on ‘Making Change Easier’. Making Change Easier - Handling the challenges of farm succession
Join Alice Lampard, an experienced facilitator, to discover how to best handle the challenges associated with farm succession. Alice will provide insight and understanding on why we might find any big changes difficult and suggest ways that we can overcome resistance to change, working towards assuring your farm’s best future.
Until 2014 Alice was 'hands on' farming beef, sheep and arable and a director of the family construction company. Alice's direct yet caring style fosters trust and respect, enabling her to connect with individuals from all walks of life, including the younger generation. She instils confidence in those she works with, inspiring purposeful thinking and driving productive outcomes.
