Nominations Open for Addington Fund Cornwall Farm Business Awards 2025

Addington Fund is delighted to announce that nominations are now open for the Cornwall Farm Business Awards 2025, honouring the exceptional individuals and businesses at the heart of Cornwall’s rural economy. The ceremony will culminate in the crowning of “Cornwall’s Farmer of the Year 2025”, chosen from among the category winners.

This year’s awards feature seven categories, including the introduction of a brand-new award: Best Farmworker, celebrating the essential contributions of those working behind the scenes on Cornwall’s farms.

Nominations close on 1 August 2025, and winners will be announced at a prestigious awards evening on 9 October 2025 at the Eden Project.

The 2025 categories are:

  • Farming ChampionSponsored by NFU

The evening’s most prestigious accolade, Cornwall’s Farmer of the Year 2025, will be awarded to the most outstanding category winner and is proudly sponsored by Stephens Scown.
