Jennie is a member of the Housing Sub Committee and joined as an Adddington Fund Trustee in 2026.

Jennie is a Partner, Agriculture at Shakespeare Martineau. She has enjoyed putting her wellington boots on and working within the agricultural sector since she was a trainee solicitor. Jennie has significant experience assisting farming clients with the wide variety of their property matters.

Jennie has been advising on a wide range of property matters since 2008. She prides herself in being able to provide professional and friendly legal advice that her client’s fully understand.

Becoming a fellow of the Agricultural Law Association in 2020 Jennie has gained a new depth to her legal knowledge.

She is recognised as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ in the Legal 500 UK, 2026 guide, and as a ranked lawyer in the Chambers UK 2026 guide.

I love the sector that I work and live in. The rural community has a wonderful way of taking you into their hearts and lives so that the law become more than just the letter and every day brings with it a new and different challenge.
