Tom Richardson

Tom is a Rural Surveyor with over 17 years experience in the industry, having qualified from Harper Adams in 2007.

Tom currently works for GSC Grays, managing Rural Estates, in-hand farms for Estate clients, share farm arrangements, together with providing professional advice to a number of farming clients across County Durham and South Northumberland. 

When not at work, he enjoys farming on a rented hill farm in the North Pennines, running beef cattle and sheep, alongside his husband David and son, Jake. 

Work and farming aside, Tom is interested in rugby and rowing.
