Are you the next Addington Artist Extraordinaire?

The Addington Fund is looking for someone who fancies an artistic challenge.

We have enjoyed plenty of years with our current Christmas card designs, but we feel it is time for a bit of a change and a new look.

If you enjoy drawing, painting and/or photography then we would like you to come up with a new Christmas card design for the Addington Fund.

If you are one of the lucky top five, you will receive a lovely Addington Hamper and we will use your artwork for our Christmas card collections that we sell each year to raise vital funds for the Addington Fund.

What we’re looking for

  • Christmassy agricultural theme designs

  • Send in a clear picture of your artwork to enquiries@addingtonfund.org.uk

  • Don’t forget to give us your contact details, name, age (if you want to!)

  • Tell us your social media names, if you would like to be tagged as one of the top five chosen winners

  • Give your artwork a relevant name/title

  • Don’t throw away your masterpiece (as we may need your original for printing)

  • Drawings and paintings must be A4 sized (minimum)

  • Photos must be taken with a camera of 24 mega pixels or more and images sent as high-resolution (do not reduce the file size in order to send them to us)

How it works

  • We will choose five of our favourite designs

  • Those designs will be used for our new Christmas card collection to sell each year to raise funds for the Addington Fund

  • If you are a top five winner, you will receive a lovely Addington Hamper

  • You will be announced as our top five winners in the next Addington Newsletter, after the entry closing date, announced on our social media pages and on our website

  • Your name can be printed on the back of the card, eg. ‘Mr Jones, Addington Artist Extradordinaire' competition winner 2020’

Entries open on Monday 7 December 2020

Entries close on Friday 26 March 2021

Lynne Dickens

Spot On Creative is a Northants-based creative team who have the hard-earned skills, expertise and industry knowledge that only come from having worked for years in advertising. It’s all managed by Lynne Dickens who has over 20 years’ experience in marketing communications, and ten years in website design and build, and creative team project management.

Lynne is also a qualified art historian and has some expertise in curating fine art exhibitions and producing all of the catalogues, posters and supporting material to create a successful event.

All the guys in our team have worked for one-man bands, SMEs and large blue-chip multinationals in just about every sector, field and industry. We can come up with great ideas, superb design and copy, and exceptional photography for anything from websites to email campaigns, branding to brochures – and everything in between.

And the beauty of Spot On Creative is that we’re big in creativity, experience and knowledge, but small in overheads and invoices. So we’re a much more sensible and affordable option for you than a larger advertising agency or marketing company.
